Swimming Pool rules & regulations

Welcome to Spara Boutique Resort’s pool oasis. Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. By entering the pool area you agree to follow the guidelines below and any additional instructions given by our staff.
  1. Pool Operation Hours: 
    The main pool is open daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
    Please note: Entry outside of these hours is strictly prohibited. Management may temporarily close the pool for cleaning, adverse weather, or private events.
  2. Admission & Supervision:
    a) For in-house room guests only. Visitors may use the pool only after purchasing a day pass at Reception.
    b) Children under 12 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    c) Maximum capacity applies; please wait if the pool is full.
    d) Guests with     contagious illnesses, open wounds, or skin infections strictly should not use the pool.
    e) Pets and service animals are not permitted in or around the pool enclosure.
  3. Swimwear & Personal Hygiene:
    a) Proper swim attire (synthetic swimsuits) is mandatory; street clothes, cotton garments, and diapers are prohibited. Swimwear are available for purchase at reception
    b) Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers (available at Reception).
    c) Warm shower with soap is required before entering the pool; sunscreen or oils must be thoroughly absorbed.
    d) Long hair should be     tied back or covered with a swim cap.
  4. Safety Protocols:
    a) No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
    b) No diving, running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool.
    c) Approved     flotation devices (arm bands, vests) are allowed; large inflatables that obstruct sight-lines are not.
    d) Glass, sharp objects, and breakable containers are strictly prohibited.
    e)In the event of     thunder, lightning, or heavy rain, vacate the pool immediately and follow staff instructions.
    f) Emergencies: alert staff or press the red poolside call button; an AED and first-aid kit are located at the lifeguard station.
  5. Food, Beverage & Cleanliness:
    a) Food and beverages are welcome only at designated deck tables — never at the water’s edge.
    b) Outside food & drinks are not permitted; please enjoy our poolside menu or in-room dining service.
    c) Dispose of all trash in the receptacles provided.
    d) No smoking, vaping, or chewing gum inside the pool enclosure.
  6. Alcohol & Conduct:
    a) Guests who are     intoxicated or disruptive will be denied pool access.
    b) Respect fellow guests:     no loud music, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior.
    c) Personal audio devices require headphones.
  7. Towels & Furniture:
    a) Pool towels are issued at the towel station; please return used towels to the bins provided.
    b) Sun-loungers may not be reserved for more than     30 minutes if unattended.
    c) Please refrain from moving furniture without staff assistance.
  8. Photography & Privacy:
    a) Discreet personal photography is permitted; however,     do not photograph other guests without consent.
    b) Professional or commercial shoots require advance written approval from Management.
  9. Liability & Compliance:
    a) Guests use the pool and facilities     at their own risk. Spara Boutique Resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property resulting from non-compliance with these rules.
    b) Resort staff reserve the right to deny access or request departure for anyone who fails to follow these regulations.
